Creeping Heartleaf Widowpea
A prostrate or trailing herb growing on the path to the lower Tadpole Pools.
Leaves look like Eucalyptus leaves, opposite and heart shaped, reticulately veined, often clasping.
Flowers yellow, 9-14 mm. Pods oblong, upper margin convex.
Flowering time: Sept-Apr.
Occur on stony slopes at an altitude of between 50 and 1 250 m from Cederberg to Bredasdorp.
