Time of flowering: August to September
Small shrub, about half a metre high. Only found on the upper mountain slopes int eh Cederberg to Ceres. These were plentiful on the top of Geelberg.

"Rigid shrub to 2 m. Leaves ovate to broadly elliptic, 15--15 mm long, white-felted beneath, margins slightly revolute. Flowers in short, terminal racemes sometimes forming small panicles, cream-coloured. Mar.--May. Rocky slopes, NW, SW (S Namaqualand and W Karoo to Worcester)."
